3S Foundation is proud to share the tremendous success of our recent World Hepatitis Day event in the Dimabi community, Tolon District. This initiative was a powerful step forward in our mission to combat #Hepatitis_B and promote a healthier future for all.

The event, which included free screening, vaccination, and sensitization programs, saw an enthusiastic response from the community. A total of 120 people were screened, providing vital information about their health status. Following the screening, we were able to provide 87 individuals with their #first_dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine.

We are especially grateful for the support that allowed us to offer 50 #free_vaccinations, ensuring that financial barriers did not prevent people from accessing this critical protection. Additionally, 37 people paid for their vaccination, demonstrating a strong community commitment to health.

The fight against Hepatitis B is a long-term commitment, and we are dedicated to seeing it through. We are pleased to announce that a health staff member has pledged to visit the community again to administer the remaining #two_doses of the vaccine to all those who started the series. This follow-up care is crucial to ensuring full protection.

A huge thank you to all our partners (special mention is Hon DCE for Tolon Braimah Seidu , sponsors, and volunteers for their tireless efforts. The success of this event is a testament to what we can achieve when we work together for public health.
